Welcome to our site. The South Central Criminal Justice Administration (SCCJA) provides a full range of management support services to eighteen municipalities within South Central Connecticut. The office specializes in four areas: TESTING-complete testing services at both recruit and promotional levels. TRAINING-develop and administer command level training which meets the mandated requirements of state law. REGIONAL COORDINATION-project initiatives that involve numerous local, state, & federal agencies. RESEARCH-police policies & procedures, local police labor contracts, crime statistics & more.
